About Sofia
Hey, I’m Sofia!

I’m a queer, LGBTQ+ friendly Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, here to help you build strength, confidence, and resilience—on and off the mat. My classes are all about moving, breathing, and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels empowering, no matter where you’re starting from.
I found yoga when I couldn’t move the way I used to after an injury. At first, it was just about getting my mobility back, but it quickly became so much more. It taught me patience, trust, and how to meet myself where I was—helping me work through self-doubt, anxiety, and actually listen to my body.
For me, yoga isn’t about hitting the perfect pose—it’s about feeling at home in yourself. It’s about moving in a way that feels strong, playful, and free from pressure or judgment. If you leave class feeling a little more confident, grounded, and connected, we’re right where we need to be.
